Overview

The HHPV is a new product from Lavor, it is a hot water high pressure static washing unit.

Main Features

  • 4 poles electrical motor (1400 RPM) with thermal protection
  • CL3.8 (mod. 1212) / CL6.0 (mod. 2015-2021) pumps with brass head and three ceramic pistons, flanged valve (mod. 2015/2021) with built-in by-pass valve.
  • Integrated flexible coupling for a better pump/motor coupling (mod. 2015-2021)
  • Professional unloader valve with external by-pass
  • Low voltage and delayed Total Stop.
  • Suction and delivery valves in stainless steel.
  • High pressure detergent suction with solenoid valve.
  • 25 litre diesel tank with level indicator and filter
  • Vertical boiler with high thermal efficiency steel coil.
  • Control panel with protection cover.
  • General shutdown (when the machine is not used for a long time)
  • Anti-limescale device with pump tank (2.5 l) antifreeze header and soundproof panel
  • Microleak detector
  • Accessory holder.
  • Burner activated by flow switch
  • Internal insulating protection to resist high/low temperatures
  • Antifreeze resistance
  • Internal water tank with float level
  • Flame control
