Radius Campus is a bespoke 66,000 sqft Grade A office development for Radius Payment Solutions. Located in Crewe Business Park, the building serves as their global headquarters – providing a high-quality home for 500 staff.
Eco Energy Cleaning Solutions were appointed by main contractor, Caddick Construction, to carry out the builder’s clean of the new flagship office once construction and fitout were complete to ensure that the office were ready for the staff to move in to.
This large site proved challenging in a number of ways. The very high specification fit out of the building meant that we were dealing with multiple surfaces across the site. There were also high spec chrome fittings throughout as well as a large amount of glass. The design of the interior was visually stunning and also meant a lot of cleaning at height was required.
Eco Cleaning Solutions are more than capable of meeting these challenges. We have a large range of industrial cleaning machines that equip us to tackle environments such as this. Our staff are also trained and certified to work safely at height, allowing us to thoroughly clean the interior and exterior of the building.
Eco had a large team on site as soon as we were given the go ahead. Experience counts in these types of builder’s cleans and our team knew exactly what to do, and in what order to maximise the time we had to get the offices looking great.
We finished the clean on budget and on time, ready for the site to become fully operational and for the staff to settle into their fantastic new surroundings.
